Shipping & Delivery
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, PR, or overseas expect us to email you with postage due before shipment is made to you.
We ask our customers to allow 7 - 10 Business Days for Offset, Folding or Digi Photo Cane orders to complete and ship, most are shipped same day. We stock all of our canes with the exception of the following:
Custom Walk Easy with Art Applications, Digi Photo Canes, Pre made Quad Canes with art application. NOTE: It may take up to 3 weeks to receive your custom Walk Easy or Guardian crutches with Art Application. We will always keep you posted on progress. If you should have any questions about their progress or changes please call us immediately at 651-270-6695 and ask for Sally
We make everything with love (and no regrets!) right here in Minnesota to ensure excellent quality and customer service.

Any personal information that you may submit to our company is governed by the bfunkymobility.com privacy policy. Your information is secure and not sold to or shared with any other parties.
Returns & Exchanges
BFunkyMobility wants to ensure that you are 100% happy with your order. If for some reason you are not, it's okay to exchange or return it for a refund! Items must be return in their original state-Free of damage, unused with original packaging if possible. Customers that return items in a condition unaccetable for resale will be offered a store credit or simply have the item shipped back. You have 30 days from the shipping date to make your return or exhchange. Return postage is non refundable . Once we receive your cane you will receive either store credit or a refund on your account. Please allow one week for your refund to show on your bank account or up to 30 days on your credit card. It is also helpful if you email us in advance if you are making an exchange so that we may process your request faster.
Ordering
When you place your order, you will first receive a notification from us stating that your order has been received. You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships. Your order may take up to 7 to 10 days to greet you at your door.
Our regular hours of operation are Monday - Fridays, 8am to 5pm, CT. Orders placed over the weekend will be acknowledged and processed the following Monday. BFunkyMobility is a web based business with manufacturing facilities right here in Shoreview MN, we currently have no store front or retail for you to shop. It's easy to place your order online from anywhere in the world and at any time you like! We accept all major credit cards on our site or over the phone at 320-249-3451 or you can pay by personal check! Print off order form here, enclose your payment and mail to: BFunkyMobility LLC, 2154 75th Ave SE, St Cloud, MN 56304. Processing of personal checks take up to 10 days to clear bank, your cane should arrive within 2 weeks of order.
