Shipping & Delivery
All shipping is currently done thru the USPS with Priority Mail. You have the option to use Express Mail, or UPS but should contact us either via email or phone during regular business hours 9am to 5pm CT at 320.249.3451 and inquire about shipping options. Pricing for shipping is based upon weight and size of package. There are no handling fees.

Returns & Exchanges
BFunkyMobility wants to ensure that you are 100% happy with your order. If for some reason you are not, it's okay to exchange or return it for a refund. Items must be return in their original state-Free of damage, unused with original packaging if possible.
Customers that return items in a condition unaccetable for resale will be offered a store credit or simply have the item shipped back. You have 30 days from the shipping date to make your return or exhchange. Return postage is non refundable . Once we receive your cane you will receive either store credit or a refund on your account. Please allow one week for your refund to show on your bank account or up to 30 days on your credit card. It is also helpful if you email us in advance if you are making an exchange so that we may process your request faster.
Sales Tax
One of the best things about buying at BFunkyMobility.com is that we do not charge sales tax. BFunkyMobility.com is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state's regulations before you shop.
If you are a resident of Minnesota you may have sales tax charged on your order, generally sales tax is not applicable towards durable medical equipment such as walkers, walking canes or crutches. The sales tax collected from your order should you reside in Minnesota is on the custom work part of the product.
Ordering
When you place your order, you will first receive a notification from us stating that your order has been received. You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships. Your order may take up to 7 to 10 days to greet you at your door.
Our regular hours of operation are Monday - Fridays, 9am to 5pm, CT. Orders placed over the weekend will be acknowledged and processed the following Monday. BFunkyMobility is a web based business with manufacturing facilities right here in St. Cloud MN, we currently have no store front or retail for you to shop. It's easy to place your order online from anywhere in the world and at any time you like! We accept all major credit cards on our site or over the phone at 320-249-3451 your information is not held for future use.
HSA, FSA or FLEX PLANS:
BFunkyMobility offers payment with your health savings card via our site, simply check out as you would if you were using a regular credit card. You will receive an "approved" sales receipt with your purchase if you are required to send documentation along with your submission to your company. We DO NOT submit Medicare or Medicaid claims for you.
