- How long does it take to get my new cane?
Order processing is done immediately! Your new cane will arrive within 7 to 10 days from order, most of the time sooner!
- What If I want a different style of cane other than what is offered?
We offer many styles of canes with our current images placed on them. Most choices are available on webpage in drop down menu. Look over on sidebar to find link to styles offered.
- How long does it take to get a photo or "design your own cane"?
Design your own canes are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks for you to receive. Our Design your Own Cane is very simple to do! Any design you see on our site is available now to purchase!
- How do I submit designs or photos to have placed on my "design your own canes"?
Once you process the form on Design your Own page you will be contacted by Darcy, she will walk you thru the process! Photos of pets, grandchildren, travels, or whatever you want can be placed on the cane of your choice!
- What if I do not like my new BFunkyMobility Cane?
BFunkyMobility offers a 30 day money back guarantee for you! Simply send back cane and your purchase price will be refunded its that simple! We are so sure you will like your new cane that we can offer this policy with no hesitation or regrets!
- Is the image on cane able to take the elements and wear?
These canes are designed to wear normally, take abuse, and be used daily. They will maintain their luster and charm for many useful years, that is why so many former customers keep coming back and back!
- What if I weigh over 300 lbs do you offer a Bariatic Cane?
Yes! We can do Bariatric canes that will support up to 700 lbs! You are free to pick any of our designs or send us photos and we can design your cane just for you! Bariatric canes are not offered on the site and are special order. Call 320-249-3451 and ask for Darcy she will help you out and give price quote.
- What if I want to buy and resell these canes, do you offer wholesale?
Yes we do! We can also offer the skins for your specific kind of cane to be applied. Want a special one just for you with your logo or design, call us at 320-249-3451 or visit our wholesale inquiry page and fill out form.
- Do you offer Gift Wrapping or can I have this order sent to someone special?
Yes we can gift wrap for you and send the cane to whomever you want! Upon checkout you can have cane shipped to alternate address. Gift wrapping is 5.00 extra, no invoices will be sent in box. A card with notation will be sent along with cane with senders love. The gift wrapping charge will be added onto your Credit Card as a separate charge you will see this amount on your credit card statement not at checkout.
- Can you send the cane internationally or to Canada?
We sure can! We will ship Priority USPS to anywhere you want it to go. Extra postage will be charged to your credit card after we get total, you will not see the charges until you get your credit card statement. International postage can run up to $40 per cane. If you need to have an estimate before your purchase you can fill out a inquiry form from the site we will get back to you as soon as we can.
- Where are these canes made?
All our canes are made in USA. We are proud to employ Americans to do our canes! We do not import from China like others do. All our canes are made in Minnesota by people with disabilities who know how to provide proper fit and design to your BFunkyMobility Cane.
