- How long will it take to get my new cane?
Generally BFunky will send you immediate confirmation of your order and shipping confirmation within 24 hours from your purchase.
- Is everything I see in your store available?
Yes, all products online are in stock and ready to ship. You have the option to choose "Styles" of canes other that what is shown, these too are in stock ready to ship.
- Is the artwork painted on?
No, artwork is digitally applied directly to the cane in high resolution with U.V. protection and will endure even the hardest of useage.

- What if I simply cannot use or change my mind on my purchase?
BFunkyMobility offers a "no quibble" return policy for 30 days from shipment of your walking cane. You can email us at orders@bfunkymobility.com or call us for help at 320.249.3451 during regular business hours, 9am to 5pm CT.
- Where are the canes made?
All Bfunky's canes are made in Minnesota. We do application of artwork here at our facility in St Cloud Minnesota.
- Do you have canes for Large or overweight patients?
Yes! We offer bariatric canes that will support up to 700 lbs. All canes have a bariatric option; simply choose the appropriate drop down or radio button box.
- I am a retail business. Can I sell your canes in my store?
Yes! We can design specific canes or crutches for your online or retail store. To learn more, simply contact us at info@bfunkymobility.com or call (320) 249-3451 during business hours and ask for Darcy.
- Can I call in my order?
Yes, we love to hear from you! Simply call (320) 249-3451 during regular business hours of 9am to 5pm CT and we can assist you!
- Do I have to apply or install artwork on my own cane?
No, unlike other companies online who offer photo pictures to "slide" into your cane BFunky Mobility directly applies the image in HD digital graphics on to your walking cane! When you receive one of our canes it comes complete. And our artwork is not stamped like other walking canes you see in drug stores or box stores, each cane is made to order with perfection and attention to detail.
- Can you send my cane internationally?
Yes, all our products can be sent anywhere in the world.
- Do you offer Flex, HSA or FSA payment options?
We do! Just charge your product via your insurance credit card. All orders come with FSA and HSA approved packing slip to submit to your insurance company.
- Is your site secure?
BFunky Mobility offers the latest security technology, so you can be sure your order and check out is safe. We are just like the "big guys" but with more personal appeal.
- If I order cane accessories will they come installed on my new cane?
Yes we more often place your cane accessory purchase directly on to your cane if possible. We will send you all parts removed during that process in case you change your mind
- Are all your canes adjustable?
All BFunky Canes are fully adjustable.
- How many images or photos can I have placed on to my Photo cane?
You are free to submit to us up to 10, we have done more than that but would recommend you choose 10 or less.
